Chapter 295 Suddenly, Liliana let out a sneeze, rubbing her nose apologetically. "Mr. Zade, can I have my assistant bringa tissue?" "Sure, go ahead." Liliana chuckled and waved over to Nora, who hurried over with a box of tissues in hand.
Nora sneezed a couple of times as she ran, looking a bit pale and unsteady on her feet. Liliana said sheepishly, "I think I might've passed my cold onto her. Once we wrap up this scene, I'm giving her the rest of the day off." Cedric didn't really care about whether Liliana gave her assistant toff or not. He just smiled nonchalantly as Nora approached.
Up close, it was clear that Nora was sweating and seemed feverish, her voice raspy as she spoke, "Liliana, here's the tissue." Maybe it was the discomfort, or maybe she was just exhausted, but Nora wobbled a bit and accidentally stepped on a slippery pebble, losing her balance. With a yelp, she stumbled sideways.
Unfortunately, her fall led her directly into Amara, who was standing right by the edge of a lake.

Finnian darted forward, ready to jump in, but Liliana grabbed his arm. "Finn!" "Letgo!" Finnian's expression was fierce and intimidating.
Liliana held onto him, pleading, "Keith's already in the water. He have her out any second now. You'll only make things worse if you jump in too." Finnian's gaze was fixed on Amara, struggling in the water, watching as Keith reached her, pulling her close and swimming back to the shore.
