Chapter 4328

Amidst her situation, Olive's image appeared in Khloris' head.

Olive was the closest person to Khloris in the universe.

'I won't be here for you anymore, Olive. Please take care of yourself.'

Tears continued to stream down Khloris' face as her thoughts haunted her. She could feel Diego's lips were about to touch

hers, and hopelessness washed over her instantly!

Khloris had made up her mind. If Diego took advantage of her, she would find a way to end her own life. There was no

alternative for her.

’Stop!"

Just as Khloris was about to lose all hope, just as Diego was about to press his mouth to hers, a roar rang from the

entrance.

The voice was soft and laced with nerves but rooted with steel determination.

'F*ck! Who's here to screw me over?'

Diego froze at the voice. He stopped what he was doing and turned around to see who it

was.

He saw a charming figure slowly approaching with light footsteps, wielding a sword. She

looked like a Sword Sect member, based on how she dressed, but it was difficult to see her

face in the darkness.

’Who allowed you in here?"

Diego thought one of the female cultivators was there to see what had happened. He

shouted impatiently, "I'm interrogating a suspect! It's urgent. Get out of here."

As his plans were disrupted, Diego could not contain his anger. He did not know that the

girl was the person chased off the mountain-Olive.

Olive?

Khloris froze as well. She was overwhelmed with shock and excitement- her body could

not stop trembling.

Olive had been under her disciple for a long time, and the two women knew each other

well. Diego could not recognize Olive's voice, but Khloris did in a heartbeat.

’Olive?"

Amidst her shock, Khloris said softly, "Why you come back?" She tried to hide the surprise

in her heart, but some of it still seeped through.

’Master!" Olive smiled and said bitterly, "After leaving the mountain, I finally understood

that you were only trying to protect me when you sent me away, right? I was too foolish to

realize that."

Olive raised her hand to point at Diego and roared, "Let go of my master now, or I won't

go easy on you."

Olive's face was painted with fury as she spoke, but the nervousness in her voice was

unmistakable.

The other sect members had bullied Olive for many years.

Diego would throw all kinds of jeers and insults her way every time he saw her, and Olive

had gotten used to them. However, she was furious when she saw him trying to take

advantage of her master.

"Oh?"

At Olive's roar, Diego snapped back to his senses as he smirked coldly. "I was wondering

who you were! It looks like it's just you!"

Diego's gaze hardened as he threatened her. "Get out of here this instant, you stupid child. You're the first idiot to be kicked

off the mountain. How dare you return?"

Diego's expression was one of contempt.

He thought that Olive was ugly and her skills were merely mediocre. He could hardly care for her, let alone feel threatened

in her presence.

Yet Olive stood there completely unmoving, with no intention to leave.

Diego grew impatient. He stood up forcefully to point at Olive and roared," What's your problem? Got an issue with me

getting cozy with your master?

I've got news for you. Your master's too pretty to die in the water dungeon, so I'm going against the rules to help her

escape! You should be thanking me. What can you do for your master with your mediocre skills?

"With such a huge risk, I think it's only fair to expect some repayment.

Whatever! Talking to you is a waste of my time. You're just a dumb little child. You'll never understand what it's like to be a

real woman. Get out of here! Get out of my way." 1

Diego flicked his wrist in a shooing gesture impatiently.

"I'm not going anywhere."

Olive's gaze was as firm as steel as she glared at Diego. "Not unless I leave with my master. And you're not touching her."
