Chapter 4165
As General Grunt spoke, he looked serious but his eyes flickered with treachery.
Solar General was the only one who knew Darryl was the one who sent the letter while General
Grunt had taken the credit for it. The only way to keep it secret was to get rid of Solar General. Once
he was dead, no one else in the Imperial Sky Palace would ever learn the truth. 1
The Nine Heaven Emperor was angry and jumped to his feet. "Is what you said true?’
'How dare Solar General betray the Godly Region. He deserves to die!' he thought.
"Yes, I saw it with my own eyes." General Grunt nodded with certainty." That day, the sky just turned
dark and I saw it from afar, but I could clearly see it was indeed Solar General and Darryl who met
up."
Then, he looked at the Nine Heaven Emperor's facial expression. "Your Majesty, Solar General is
about to betray the Godly Region. We should get rid of him soon."
The Nine Heaven Emperor inhaled deeply and his rage was shown on his face. "Go, bring Solar
General here. I want to ask him face-to-face."

ordered the guards outside to bring Solar General.
At that point in time, he looked calm, but deep down he was full of nerves.' Sh*t! His
Majesty wants to interrogate Solar General on his own. I'm in big trouble this time. What if
Solar General tells the truth, then I'd be committing a huge crime.'
However, General Grunt was rather shrewd and he quickly thought of a way out.
Soon after, Solar General came to the secret chamber and respectfully knelt. "Your
Majesty."
As he spoke, Solar General felt inexplicably nervous as he saw the Nine Heaven Emperor
had a solemn look on his face as he sat on his white jade bed while General Grunt stood
aside looking cunning.
’What's happening? Is something wrong with the letter Darryl gave me?' Solar General
became more unsettled.
"Solar General, how do I usually treat you?" The Nine Heaven Emperor glared at Solar
General and asked.
"Your Majesty has been kind and merciful to me. You've also been showing your favor
towards me," Solar General answered quickly.
Hearing that, the Nine Heaven Emperor scoffed and grunted, "Then, why did you betray
me?"
As he spoke, his eyes flickered with rage.
'What?' Solar General was so terrified he almost collapsed to the ground.
"Your Majesty, why did you say that? I've always been loyal to you. How could I ever do
that to you?" he asked fearfully.
The Nine Heaven Emperor became more infuriated and growled, "Are you denying it? Then
let me ask you, have you met Darryl?"
Solar General trembled and said, "Yes."
"Then, why did you say you didn't betray me? Do you think the Imperial Sky Palace can't protect
itself anymore? And, in order to protect yourself, you asked Darryl to arrange for you to see

he shouted.
"No. I did no such thing," Solar General raised his voice as he panicked.
'What happened was, Darryl..." He was almost scared to death. He did not expect that he would turn
into a traitor in the Nine Heaven Emperor's eyes by just delivering a letter from Darryl. He then
hurried to tell the truth.
Before Solar General could say anything, General Grunt yelled and charged forward as he swung his
hand onto Solar General's face. "Shut up!"
General Grunt was waiting for that to happen.
Solar General saw General Grunt raising his hand towards him but he did not avoid it in time.
"General Grunt, you-"
Slap!
That slap contained all of General Grunt's energy. Solar General let out a deep moan as his fairy soul
was dispersed from his body like a kite with a broken string. He was thrown against the stone door of
the secret chamber and slid onto the ground gradually.
However, General Grunt did not stop there. He charged forward and pierced the golden gun into
Solar General's body.
