Lucia raised her eyebrows. 'Friend? Neil had never mentioned he had such a beautiful
friend,1 she shook her head as she thought to herself.
"I’m sorry. I gotta go." Then, she turned to leave, she was not experienced in worldly
matters but her intuition told her something would happen if she followed the lady.
Without hesitation, Kendall chased after her and pressed on
Lucia’s acupoint. Instantly, Lucia trembled and she was paralyzed.

men came down and took Lucia into the car. Everything happened so quickly that the car
left even before the students could figure out what happened.
In the car, Lucia’s acupoint was pressed on and she could not move an inch. She was
frightened and nervous.
A few seconds later, she overcame her fear and glared at Kendall in the front seat. "You’re
not Neil’s friend. Who are you? Why did you take me?"
Kendall turned around and smirked. "Don’t fret. You’ll know when we’re there. I’m Kendall
Jones and Гт from the Five Poison Sect of Westrington!"
'Five Poison Sect?' Lucia shuddered in fear.
Though she was just a student at Midland University, she had learned a lot about the cultivators in The Nine

catch her breath.
