After Austin mastered the fifth stage of the Grand Body Refining Skill, he left the valley. Later that day, he found a clean, secret

cave and went in. He needed the silence the cave was offering. He took out the half of the coffin and sat cross-legged on it.

He took out more than ten million ruling crystals that the Earth Hermit had given him and began his work on refining them.

Drawing the energy from the crystals, he tried making a breakthrough.

Austin worked on and on and on, refining the ruling crystals.

A month had easily passed by.

One day, he released the powerful vital energy, which made the mountain shake. It moved violently until cracks started to show

up.

With an earsplitting sound, the entire mountain collapsed.

But in disbelief and amazement, Austin flew out of a heap of earth, unscathed.

With the use of his new vital energy to defend himself, he remained clean without bruises from the fall of the mountain.

"I have finally reached the preliminary stage of Emperor Realm,"

Austin gushed. Everything he had done was worth it.

To break into his current realm, it cost him about three million ruling crystals.

For the most common cultivators, three million ruling crystals were awfully a lot. Most of them couldn't afford it, let alone see one

first hand.

Austin had improved the quality of his vital energy by practicing the Golden Sun Scripture. In terms of vital energy force, he was

much stronger than most cultivators at his realm.

‘The only problem is learning the Golden Sun Scripture requires a big sum of cultivation resources, ' Austin remarked, thinking by

himself.

"All right," he said, finally after thinking through things.

"I'm going to study this Infernal Sword."

He then took out the white sword, excitement and expectancy flaring from his eyes.

According to the Earth Hermit, the Infernal Scripture might be hidden inside the Infernal Sword he was now holding. If Austin could

get the ancient scripture from the sword, his battle force could improve tically and that could help him a lot.

Thinking about the upgrade he could have, Austin began working on the Infernal Sword.

For the second time, he took out the half of the coffin and sat on it cross-legged.

The white Infernal Sword, as magical as it was, was floating in front of him.

Austin cleared his mind, and observed the Infernal Sword.

The place fell into dead silence, and so did Austin.

Days had passed.

When he thought nothing was going on anymore and he was just wasting his tand energy, brilliant light emitted from the

Infernal Sword.

The light enveloped his surroundings. Austin did his best to let his eyes stay open as the light flashed, almost blinding him.

"Swoosh! Swoosh! Swoosh!"

One by one, white figures rushed out from the Infernal Sword.

The white figures seemed to be living in the ancient times and wearing clothes of their era. Sof them were men, while some

were women. They each had a sword or was unarmed.

They were either floating around Austin or above his head.

Swere displaying sword skills, swere practicing palm skills and swere exhibiting fist skills.

A few hundred people were unleashing all kinds of skills all at once. He couldn't feel anything but overwhelmed.

Sitting in meditation, Austin had no idea of what was going on. He was focused on communicating with the Infernal Sword.

As he didn't give up, he finally found the Infernal Scripture inside the sword.

The Infernal Scripture entered his head.

For a long tin the East Mainland, everyone had thought that the ancient scripture had been missing. But now, Austin had it.

He could now read the formulas and secret skills recorded on it.

While he was working on the ancient scripture, things crossed through his mind.

If he could master all of the skills and formulas in the ancient scripture, he could be more powerful.

He finally understood why the principal disciples of the three holy lands and the three prominent clans were so incredible that they

could beat the cultivators of their realm effortlessly.

It was because of this. One of the reasons was that they had the privilege to learn martial skills and formulas on the ancient

scriptures.

Ancient scriptures were written by eminent masters living in the ancient time. Each ancient scripture had a long history which was

preserve through many generations that had passed. And each recorded strong skills and formulas that could make someone

terrifyingly powerful.

The Infernal Scripture had the records of the best skills and formulas that only excellent members of the Infernal Sect could

cultivate. It all made sense, and the sense he had realized made him more motivated to do his best.

Another month had passed. Austin had memorized the recorded martial art skills and formulas from the Infernal Scripture.

He then began practicing all of what he had memorized.

Using the skills and formulas were all new to him. The first days were hard enough that a whisper of giving up had passed through

his mind at least once, but it did get better as he pushed himself further.

The continuous practice made everything easier and better. From the negativity that had drowned his thoughts in the earlier times,

he had now had his mind set that he would successfully master all of what Infernal Scripture had to offer. One day, he promised to

himself, he would.

In the middle of another day of memorizing and practicing, he put the Infernal Sword away.

He had thought something that he almost had forgotten.

"Peacock Princess... It's tto check on her.

| hope she's fully recovered now," Austin said.

From the mountains where he had stayed for quite stime, he transported himself into the City model.

Upon his arrival, he was then greeted by Cheryl immediately.

"Here you are, little man!" she said, as her energy suddenly shoot up. "We got nothing to do here and boredom is killing us

already!" she whined.

She made her way to him at the sight of Austin.

As Cheryl went to him and she stood close to him, the scent of her body filled Austin's nose.

Cheryl always had an inviting figure with her full breasts, flat stomach, and a round bottom, and no guy could resist from looking,

staring, or even glaring. Austin was not an exemption as he couldn't help but steal glances at her, or technically, her assets she

had always liked flaunting.

"They are beautiful, aren't they?" Cheryl teased, trying to emphasize her full round breast, not that they weren't already with her

sultry yet confident clothing. "I don't mind you looking atlike this."

She covered her mouth and giggled.

Caught with his actions, Austin felt an intense embarrassment.

Girls from the beast race were more open-minded just like Cheryl. They cared less about their reputation than human girls did. And

because of their oozing sex-appeal that they easily showed off, they were not the type that Austin were good with.

To resist Cheryl, Austin strode to Peacock Princess.

"Are you all right?"

Austin inquired.

Peacock Princess had stayed in the City model to heal herself since Paul had caused her serious hurt and injury.

"I'm good now," she answered immediately with a smile.

"So many days have passed. | guess they had broken into Purple Immortal's tomb, right?

The treasures in there must have been taken away,"

she added.

"Yes, you're right. No treasures were left there,"

Austin replied.

By the slight frown from Peacock Princess's expression, he could tell she was slightly upset.

Of course, she would be upset. Because of the injuries she had taken, she missed a good opportunity to find treasures in the tomb

of a great master who had reached the Immortal Transforming Realm.

Austin even thought that if he was Princess Peacock who couldn't do anything about it, would be frustrated too.

"This is the scripture | got there. You can spend ston it when you're free. It will be useful to you," he said.

He transferred the Mind-clearing Scripture into Peacock Princess's Soul Sea.

Peacock Princess looked puzzled. "A scripture?”

She then started skimming through the Mind-clearing Scripture.

"No way! This is..." Astonished, she looked at Austin.

"Thank you! This scripture is almost as precious as an ancient scripture! If cultivators recite it frequently, they will be able to defeat

their own demons. It will be helpful for their cultivation."

As the princess in the beast race and Peacock King's daughter, she had seen more of the world than Austin. Besides, her

cultivation base was also higher than his.

So she could find the great value of the Mind-clearing Scripture immediately.

When the emotions had died down and the pleasantries had ended, Austin stood and said, "We should get out of here."

The Peacock Princess nodded. Austin then transported her, her maids and himself out of the City model.

After that, he and the ladies from the beast race left the mountains.

'How are Violet and gndoing now?’

Austin wondered.

Since he and Earth Hermit had been pursued by a bunch of top cultivators of the East Mainland, they got separated and he had no

tto look for Violet and the gnin the Purple Immortal's tomb.

Austin planned to find them first now that he was safe.
