"Let's go!"

Fanny's grandfather instructed Fanny as he saw the black cloud moving toward them. He had a hunch that sevil would befall

them if they stayed.

As soon as he finished speaking, he scooped Fanny into his arms and activated his bodily movement skill so that they could leave

quickly.

But, the black cloud reached before he could move.

Then, the cloud turned into hundreds of strong figures—each figure saturated the air around Fanny and her grandfather with a

formidable aura. There were so many figures that they covered the sky above the whole meadow and blocked the sunlight.

"On, no! It's the demon race!"

Fanny's grandfather was startled. Fear reflected in his eyes as he stared at the figures in the sky.

"Oh, it's only two lowly human beings. | guess you accidentally ventured here. But that doesn't mean that | will spare you!

Tto die!"

The demon king, who was levitating in the air, rushed toward them first. His crimson eyes shot a cold glare at Fanny and her

grandfather.

Then the demon king activated his demonic spiritual soul to feel Fanny and her grandfather's cultivation base. Soon, a disdainful

smile crept over the corner of his lips.

As soon as he raised his hand, two streams of black evil aura surged, targeting Fanny and her grandfather.

Fanny's grandfather paled immediately. In a flash, he summoned two yellow array flags—one in each hand. And then, he threw the

two array flags in different directions as fast as he could.

"Boom!"

A split second later, a defensive array enclosed Fanny and her grandfather.

"Bang!"

The two streams of evil aura collided with the array.

A moment later, cracks appeared on the defensive array.

Fortunately, Fanny and her grandfather weren't wounded by the evil aura as the defensive array protected them.

"Wow! | didn't expect that you would know how to deploy an array this quickly,"

the demon king said, surprise reflecting in his expression.

"But it matters not," he laughed. "Such an array is not a challenge to me.

Accept it! You are going to die today!"

the demon king said as he waved his hand.

In the next instant, another stream of black evil aura rushed toward Fanny's grandfather.

The evil aura was even more dangerous than the previous two as it emitted spine-chilling roars that

drowned Fanny's grandfather in infinite desperation.

Although he was capable of deploying another defensive array, the array would be weaker.

"Be careful, Fanny!"

Fanny's grandfather cried out as he stretched his hand over his Space Ring. A yellow rune paper appeared between his fingers.

It was a Primary Teleportation Rune—a priceless magic treasure that would help him teleport to another place in a flash.

Just as Fanny's grandfather was about to activate the Primary Teleportation Rune, a voice stopped him.

"You don't have to waste such a valuable magic treasure on them, master!"

All of a sudden, space next to them began whirling like a vortex.

In the next second, Austin and his gnjumped out of the vortex.

Soon, Austin activated the City's teleportation power and sent Fanny and her grandfather into it.

Simultaneously, his right hand hovered over his Space Ring. The Slaughtering Sword appeared before the demon king could react.

Then, Austin brandished the sword and aimed two huge streams of bloody sword aura at the black evil aura.

After Austin achieved another breakthrough in his spiritual sense, he found that he could use the Slaughtering Sword with greater

proficiency.

"Boom!"

Austin's sword aura collided with the black evil aura. A terrifying sound echoed through the meadow.

The whole meadow shook with the impact. The strong wind brought by the collision swept over the meadow—trees collapsed and

crumbled to pieces, roots retracted from the soil, leaves scattered everywhere, and splants and flowers were tossed in the air.

After a while, the sword aura and evil aura vanished at the stime.

Austin could tell that

this demon king was powerful.

Two streams of sword aura released from Austin's Slaughtering Sword could not defeat the evil aura. On the contrary, they just

counteracted the evil aura. What surprised Austin even more, was that this demon king had casually activated this evil aura.

"It's you!

| detected your presence!

Give the spiritual tree to me! Otherwise, | will take out your spiritual soul and refine it using demonic spells. You will live in hell

forever then!"

the demon king hollered. He was wild with joy when he saw Austin. Before Austin could reply, the demon king rushed toward

Austin. He desperately wanted to get into his Soul Sea and rob him of the spiritual tree.

"Your Majesty, wait! There is something wrong about him!"

One of the demons, who had been standing next to the demon king, took out a dark purple compass and showed it to the demon

king.

The black needle at the center of the compass trembled and pointed to a specific direction.

When the demon king looked up, he saw that the needle was pointing at Austin.

"What?!"

The demon king was dumbstruck.

"What is the meaning of this?

Why does it show that traces of Tybalt the Great are coming from that human being? How's that even possible?

He is just a humble human!"

The demon king couldn't give a reasonable explanation for this anomaly. He found it hard to believe that the compass showed

traces of Tybalt in a human.

His crimson eyes glowered at Austin.

Then, he activated his demonic spiritual soul to scan Austin to confirm the result the compass showed him.

Austin gripped the Slaughtering Sword tighter but remained silent.

"It's true! Traces of Tybalt the Great are coming from him! How is that possible?"

the demon king cried out with amazement after he confirmed the result through his demonic spiritual soul.

"You... What is happening?

Why are traces of Tybalt the Great coming from you?

Tell me!

Unless...unless Tybalt the Great has snatched this body!

Are you... Are you Tybalt the Great?"

Suddenly, the demon king's expression changed.

The demon race practiced many spells that helped them snatch stronger bodies.

It was quite common for stronger members of the demon race to snatch other creatures’ bodies and replace them.

This was the only explanation that made sense to the demon king after he found Tybalt's traces coming from Austin.

After all, for Tybalt, it would be quite easy to rob a weak human of his body. And Austin was no exception.

Tybalt the Great, the legendary being in the demon race, was the demon king's superior.

The demonic spiritual soul told the demon king that there was pure evil aura inside Austin.

The evil aura was the sign of the demon race.

"Tybalt the Great, is that you?"

the demon king asked respectfully.

The demon king was known to be demeaning and arrogant toward other demons.

But, in front of Tybalt, he was deferential.

The law that the best and strongest earned the most respect, seemed to apply to all races—be it human or demons.

Hierarchy was everything in the demon race. The strong members of the demon race could mistreat the weak ones, or kill them

without any reason or excuse.

When the demon king suspected that Austin was Tybalt, his attitude changed to reverence.

"Tybalt the Great? Is.. Is..

Your Majesty! You mean that human is Tybalt the Great?!"

The crimson eyes of other members of the demon race widened as they stared at Austin in shock.

Everyone was awestruck and amazed.

‘Well!

The demon race thinks that the demon imperator named Tybalt has snatched my body, *

Austin concluded.

He now knew that the demon skeleton that tried to integrate with his body was called Tybalt.

Austin figured that the skeleton of this said demon inside his body was the reason why they could detect traces of Tybalt emitting

from him.

Austin gave it sthought and figured out why the demon race reacted like that.

'Is it better to let them believe that what they are thinking is true? Should | let them think that Tybalt snatched my body and

replaced me? It might be fun to pretend to be the so-called Tybalt the Great. Ha-ha!"
