Stephanie couldn't help but laugh, "Cinderella? Really?" "According to Gillian, your Prince Charming is super handsome! Is that true?" Sebastian's charming face flashed through Stephanie's mind, and she wanted to say he's not that handsome. But she couldn't quite bring herself to say it.
She nodded honestly, "Yeah, he's alright." "Haha, if Steph admits it, then he must be really handsome! After all, she's so honest!" Gillian rolled her eyes, "Are you saying I'm not honest?! By the way, Steph, are we really meeting with that agent this afternoon alongside Martin? I'm suddenly feeling a bit nervous." "What's there to be nervous about? If we don't get it, then my Silver Fox will find somebody else." "Haha, true! As long as your Silver Fox is here, everything will be fine! But Steph, this tyour Silver Fox is helpingas well. It's all because of you! You should really thank him for me!" Stephanie gave her a reassuring look, "I will!" Maddie chimed in, "I originally didn't think it was a good idea. But he's treating your friends so well too. That's the attitude one should have toward their future wife, not just messing around!" Stephanie laughed and shook her head, "Maddie, are you overthinking things? If my Silver Fox were just messing around with me, would he agree to marry me?" "Well, before this, we didn't really understand the situation. I heard you saved him and demanded his commitment as payment?" "Haha, Gillian, who told you to spread that everywhere?" "Uh, Maddie kept asking me. I didn't think it was a big deal, so I told her." "This isn't something to be proud of!" "Con, Steph, I won't tell others, don't worry! The main thing is that from today on, I have a new understanding of our Steph! She may look gentle, but she's actually quite powerful! Hahaha!" "You just know how to make fun of me!" "I won't laugh. Anyway, you guys are meeting with the agent this afternoon, and I have nothing to do with it. I'm going back hto meet the person my dad arranged for me. Let's meet up at the film crew later!" "Alright. I'm going back to the hospital first to tell my mom and keep her company. Gillian, are you going back home, or coming with me?" "I'll go hfirst. My mom menot feeling well last time, sol to take her to see a doctor. Callin the afternoon, and I'll take a cab there." "Okay! I think your mom will be fine. She looked healthy. Don't worry too much!" "I won't! You should go back and keep your mom company. She probably misses you." The three girls went their separate ways.
Stephanie returned to the hospital, and Marilyn could see that she seemed even livelier than before.
Her face had an expression that girls at her age should have. Marilyn smiled, "Steph, it seems that you're doing well at school!"
Stephanie grinned, "Of course I am! I have great friends, a comfortablen dorm, strict teachers, and kind classmates. Everyone is so nice!" "As long as you're happy, I'm happy too!" "Mom, guess what? I have even better news! You're going to be surprised!" Marilyn laughed, "What is it? Out with it, there's no need to play mysterious!" "I'm going to shoot a movie!"
"Wow, you've only been in school for a few days, and you're already in a movie? YesNt's partly my luck, but Silver Fox helpedtoo."
"Steph, don't be like those people who take shortcuts. You're still young, there's no need to rush! Just focus on learning more, and you'll have plenty of opportunities to act. And don't always trouble Seb!"
