Chapter 733: As dusk settled, Eileen bathed, slipped into her pajamas, and headed to Leyla's room.
She noticed a blanket neatly spread on the sofa. Tracey, clutching a pillow, approached and said, "Miss, I'll sleep at the foot of your bed tonight to ensure I'm within earshot if Mrs. Vazquez requires anything." Eileen raised an eyebrow. "When I wasn't here before, you didn't sleep inside the room for that. Why do you want to do that now?" Tracey hesitated and then clarified, "It's just that... usually, she calls out quite loudly, but I'm concerned about disturbing your rest tonight, so I thought it best to stay nearby." Eileen nodded.

She then gestured towards the table where three cups sat, two already emptied by Leyla and herself. Tracey quickly responded to Eileen, “There's no need for that. I'm just a humble servant." "That doesn't matter. Grandma toldyou've been with us for many years, and even when the Vazquez family has fallen on hard times, you remain loyal. That makes you part of our family." Eileen offered the milk to Tracey, adding, "Drink this quickly. Grandma is exhausted. We should get srest early." Taking in Eileen's words, Tracey drank the milk, cleaned the three cups, and then returned to switch off the light and retire for the night.
Eileen and Leyla were on the bed, while Tracey slept on the sofa. Eileen gazed at the radiant moonlight shining through the window in the dark room.
In the still room, the sound of the wind whistling outside the window was clearly audible, soon joined by the steady breathing from the sofa.
Eileen, holding her phone, casually texted, mentioning her plan to go downtown the next day. His response, however, was quite subtle.
"Gabriela is happy to hear that you'll be back tomorrow." Eileen was skeptical and replied, "Does she really understand the concept of this?" "No, but there's an unspoken bond between father and daughter," Bryan responded.
He implied that since he was happy, Gabriela was, too. After exchanging a few more messages, Eileen couldn't help but chuckle.

Eileen swiftly put her phone away and switched on the dim bedside light.
Leyla was startled by her action and whispered, "Wake up Tracey."
"No, I won't." Eileen shook her head, sat up, and said, "I added ssteeping bills to her milk." The m content is on novelenglish.net!
Leyla spoke in a hushed tone. because she assumed Tracey was asleep, given the sound of her steady breathing. She had lowered her voice, intending to whisper to Eileen. She hadn't expected that Eileen was prepared for this.
Upon hearing this, Leyla tried to get up, but Eileen stopped her. “Grandma, lie down I'm listening. Why are you pretending to be ill?" Eileen asked.
