Chapter 192
The situation was dire, so Yolanda didn't think too much of it when she saw Sharon approaching in her car. She
yanked the passenger seat door open immediately and got in. Gavin went into the car swiftly as well.
Yolanda gave Zach a few calls while they were on the way there, but there was no
answer.
Though Sharon looked like a dainty lady, she was someone who was able to drive a sedan car like a race car. She
took less than 30 minutes to reach the west of Javea Hills.
"Drop us off here, Sharon."
Yolanda saw three stationary cars not too far away. There was one car with flat tires that was lying on the side of
the road-it was the Mercedes-Benz that Zach often drove.
There were two Jeeps that were right in front of the Mercedes-Benz, blocking its way. There was no one left in the
cars.
Gavin got out of the car first and did a thorough check on all three cars. Then, Yolanda got out of the car next
and said to Sharon, "I see traces of blood here. They might have gone up the hill. You can just head back now, I'll
contact you tomorrow."
After that, she took a few long strides and caught up with Gavin. Then, they walked up the hill together.

The skies were already dark. It was not a conducive situation for both Zach and the assassins to be on the hills at
this time.
Yolanda and Gavin had developed a very strong connection with each other even before they were reborn.
They staked out in two different directions, paying very close attention to any movement that was around them.
They didn't walk very far before hearing a few gunshot sounds from up ahead.
"A submachine gun?" Gavin cocked his eyebrow.
"Who did Zach offend for them to use a submachine gun on him in a place like this? They're really making sure
that he doesn't survive."
Yolanda's eyes flashed. "What a huge commotion. I'm suspecting that this has something to do with those
assassin groups."
As they spoke, there were more gunshot sounds up ahead. From how they sounded, they should be very near.
"Be careful," muttered Gavin. Then, the both of them stopped talking.
They inched in another 600 feet and heard voices from somewhere in front of them.
"They should be nearby, bro."
"Search thoroughly! Leave no one alive."
Yolanda hid behind the trees. Under the moonlight, she could see about a dozen men searching every inch of
land around them.
It seemed like Zach had retreated to the hills with the help of his bodyguards. After an intense battle, these
assassins had lost their target. If they were searching around here, it would mean that Zach was nearby as well.
Yolanda surveyed her surroundings. She was looking for Zach's hiding spot at the stas well. Suddenly,
the sound of a pebble rolling down was heard nearby.
The assassins' sharp ears had picked up on it.
"Over there! Everyone, over there!"
Yolanda and Gavin shared a look and looped around to be behind these assassins. Zach's position was
compromised. He only had two bodyguards with him.
After the intense gunfight just now, one of them had injured their arm, and the other one no longer had bullets in
their gun.
"We'll hold them off, Mr. Wright. Hurry up and run up the hills.
"Help is coming soon. Hang on for a little while more."
Zach's bodyguards barricaded Zach securely behind them.
"Hah. You wanna run? None of you will make it out alive today."
Amongst the assassins, their leader was a burly man with a thick mustache. His facial features somewhat
resembled Brandon's.

If Yolanda wasn't mistaken, he should be Brian Reid of the Crimson Crew, and the lanky guy beside him should be
his brother, Ben Reid.
"Who sent you to kill me?"
Zach was truly someone who had experienced things in life. Even with a dozen guns pointing at him, he
remained calm.
"Technically, since you're about to die, it shouldn't matter if | told you or not. However, this time, we don't even
know who our hirer is."
Brian strode toward Zach.
"Don't blus. We're just doing this for the money. If you want to blame
someone, blyourself for getting in someone else's way!"
When he was done, he lifted the gun in his hand and looked intently at Zach's two bodyguards.
"I'll send your bodyguards off first, then it would be your turn."
His finger was already on the trigger. All that was needed was one slight
movement, and Zach and his bodyguards would be done for.
Zach clenched his fists tightly. It was at the moment of life and death. Even if he
was calm before this, he certainly wasn't calm now.
