Chapter 520
Uncle Zen replied, “It’s true that it’s not been decided yet, but | plan to pick a company from the handful that
your father’s investing in.”
“I have a friend whose family runs a renovation business. Why don’t we pass the project to them?” Livia asked.
Uncle Zen was surprised. Livia had never gotten involved in company affairs. Why was she suddenly pulling
strings for her friend?
“As long as the quality is assured and they don’t do a shoddy job or cut corners, | don’t have much to say. It’s
just that your dad...”
“Ill talk to him as long as you make the decision.”
Uncle Zen replied, “Alright then, letknow which company it is. I'll call them and talk to them first.”
Livia shifted her gaze to Cody, whose jaw was slack, and he quickly spoke up. “Greenspring’s Flying Ape Projects
Ltd!”

“A company from Greenspring ...?"” Uncle Zen sounded puzzled.
The company was not exactly famous, but he said nothing since Livia had recommended it.
“Leave it to me, Livia. I'll get in touch with them.”
Livia added, “Uncle Zen, don’t negotiate with them. Let them make sprofit.”
It seemed like Uncle Zen was stunned, as he only replied after a moment, “Got it.”
After the call ended, Cody looked at Livia anxiously. “Uh... Sis-in-law, y-you-where are you from?”
S-Sis-in-law? Livia was so stunned that she needed stto recover.
Kayson thwacked Cody’s head. “Cut it out! This is the richest man’s daughter!” Cody shuddered and gaped at
Livia. “R-Royce Shore’s daughter?! Oh my goodness!”
His legs nearly gave out on him. Kayson had picked up the richest man’s daughter? What felt even more
shocking was that said daughter was going to stay with Kayson!
Livia smiled bashfully and dipped her head in slight embarrassment, staying silent.
Cody pulled a long face, sobbing in his mind. ‘Oh, Kayson ... Why would you even worry about accommodation
when you have a rich woinan with you...
“You could stay at the best hotel suite every day and afford to be there for lise...’
Kayson did not read much into it but asked, “Livia, you done picking?”
“Mm.” Livia nodded. “They'll send the goods over. I've already paid.”
“Oh,” Kayson replied. “Let's go back then.”

He contacted Violet on the way back. “Has your family business run into any trouble?” “A few big clients have
gone back on their word, but the effect isn’t too bad for the tbeing,” Violet answered.
“You letknow if there's a problem.”

Violet replied with a smile, “Sure... Right, Talia’s family seems to have run into quite a messy issue. Do you know
about it?”
“No, she didn’t tell me.” Kayson raised a brow.
“It just happened a few hours ago. One of their manufacturing factories caught fire, and a lot of equipment and
materials were burned. The damage is pretty bad.”
Kayson looked serious. “Okay, got it.”
After he ended the call with Violet, he called Jason to ask about it.
Jason sounded distressed as well as he said, “Yes, it's true. It's rather bad. Roman just signed a contract with a
big client in Skyspring.
“Given what happened to the factory, he’s got to contract another factory to manufacture everything for him as
soon as he can, or he'll have to pay $15,000,000 for breaching the contract if the handover is delayed.”
