Chapter 329 Allison felt a wave of restlessness wash over her. She started deleting the words in the email, one by one.
Enough. She had done all she could, and how Joshua would handle things with Lillian was out of her hands now. It was the weekend, and thankfully, she didn't have to head to the law firm.

A large park was nestled near her suburban home, a place she frequented. On weekends, the park was alive with families and children playing. The evergreen trees cast a lush canopy, and the blooming tulips and roses were a sight to behold. People were picnicking on the grass, and kids were happily flying kites.
As she strolled across the lawn, taking in the lively atmosphere, Allison felt her worries begin to melt away. After wandering aimlessly for a while, she found a wooden bench under a big tree and sat down to rest. Suddenly, she heard the soft sobs of a child nearby.
Following the sound, she discovered a little girl crying behind a sculpture not too far away. The girl wore a pink dress over a white knit sweater, her hair tied into pigtails with fluffy bunny hair ties. Allison recognized the outfit as a luxury brand, and the bunny hair ties matched the ones her friend Lizzy had, which cost a pretty penny. She approached gently and asked, "Hey there, sweetheart, what's wrong?" The girl's doe-like eyes were red from crying, her cheeks streaked with tears. "I... I lost my mom... boohoo..." Just what Allison had suspected.
"Do you know your mom's phone number?" she asked. The girl shook her head, her lips forming a pout. "What about your dad's number? Or any other family member's?" Allison tried again. The girl pressed her lips tightly, shaking her head once more.
Allison sighed, "Do you know your parents' names?" The girl nodded, "My mom's nis Mandy." Allison breathed a sigh of relief, thankful the girl remembered her mom's name. Thinking quickly, she decided to take the girl to the park's management office, where staff could use the PA system to find her mom.

Allison smiled warmly, "Good girl." She extended her hand, "Con, let's go find your mom." The girl obediently took Allison's hand, and together they walked to the management office. Allison explained the situation to the staff there.
One staff member asked, "What's your name, sweetheart?" "I'm Julia," the girl replied in her tiny voice. The staff quickly made an
announcement over the park'elm &
system. "Ms. Mandy, your daughter Julia is here at the north gate m Sorth management office. Please cto collect her."
The park was vast, but fortunately, speakers were placed at regular intervals. It wasn't long before Mandy arrived at the management office.
The moment Allison saw Mandy, she was taken aback. Wasn't this Watson's aunt?
