Mr. Spencer had the nerve to say it out loud.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtHe was itching to snag Flora for the Computer Science Department right then and there. Maple Grove University's computer science program had always trailed behind Imperial Tech, losing to them in countless intercollegiate competitions and forever stuck in second place. But with Flora on their team, they might just have a shot at victory this time! Flora replied coolly, "I'm sorry, but I'm not interested in changing my major. If there's nothing else, I'll be on my way." Mr. Spencer quickly stopped her, cutting to the chase. "Miss Flora, would you consider representing the Computer Science Department at the intercollegiate competition next month?" Dr. Clement was flabbergasted. "Are you nuts? Flora is in the Medical Department. How can you expect her to compete for you?" Universities from all over Maple Grove were gearing up to send their best to the intercollegiate competition. This year's lineup included departments like Fashion Design, Computer Science, and Film and Performance Arts, among others. Almost every department was participating except Medicine.
The Medical Department had its sights set on a much bigger prize. The World Medical Alliance competition, held every two years, was coming up next April. Top universities from around the globe would be there, along with representatives from major medical organizations. With less than six months to go, the best students from medical departments everywhere were deep into their intensive training. This was a competition of national pride, and they couldn't afford to take it lightly. All the medical departments had agreed to focus entirely on preparing for the World Medical Alliance competition.
"You've seen what Flora can do," Mr. Spencer said earnestly. "With her talent, she should naturally represent us in the competition. Flora, on behalf of our Computer Science Department, I invite you to join us in the intercollegiate competition." "Director, please find someone else." Mr. Spencer was stunned by Flora's refusal. He quickly tried to persuade her, listing all the perks like extra credits and broadening her horizons, but Flora stood firm, uninterested.
As Flora walked away, Mr. Spencer deflated like a popped balloon. "It must have been you guys who upset her," he glared at Ivan and the others. "There's only a month left before the competition. You have to convince Flora to join us!" Ivan and his friends were at a loss. Honestly, they weren't good at charming girls. They'd spent two years in university and had barely interacted with any girls. First, there were few students in the Computer Science Department, and second, they barely had tfor coding, let alone socializing. Girls seemed so complicated, far more so than coding.

No girl can resist these! It's just a bit pricey! But that wasn't a problem for them! They had money! Each of them made hundreds of thousands every year from programming.
"But Flora seems pretty rich. Will this even work on her?" Maddox asked hesitantly. Afterall, Hora had once sold a dance copyright for fifty million...
"Isn't it the thought that counts? Sh think it could work."The content is on novelenglish.net! "I think so too."
The group of guys all agreed. So, they took turns waiting outside Flora's dorm and classroom every day, bringing flowers, handbags, m necklaces, snacks—each day with a different guy presenting the gifts! X
