“The president has arrived, and the meeting is officially underway.”
Janet and Debra sat together, whispering, occasionally casting hostile
glances toward Lena.
“What are your opinions on this project?” The president asked directly,
looking at everyone present at the meeting.
Before Lena could respond, Janet gracefully stood up. “To ensure the smooth
acquisition of this contract, I have prepared a project proposal for everyone’s
reference at any time.”
