Nash was not planning to kill Dominic or let Salterra fall into ruin. Instead, he intended to wait him out and see who would fold first.
Nina, however, decided to approach things differently. She made sure Dominic received his meals on time, even though his attitude toward her was cold and dismissive.
"You think bringingfood is going to change my mind about you?" Dominic sneered with his tone full of sarcasm.

As Dominic studied her, he could not help but notice how different she was from Pharaoh, who had once been consumed by his experiments and ruthlessness. Nina and Nash's relationship, too, puzzled him.
Finally, Nina spoke again, her voice measured and calm. "I know what you're thinking. You believe that the fiancée you chose for Nash would be beneficial to him." Dominic remained silent, but his silence was telling.
Nina continued, "I haven't even fully accepted my father yet. I know he's changed a lot and that he cares for me, but I've seen too much of his past actions, and I can't accept that. Do you really think that continuing this conflict will lead to a good outcome?" Dominic did not respond, but her words struck a chord. He had always acted in the best interests of his country and believed that keeping Nash close was crucial. But he had not anticipated Nash's complete disregard for his plans.
Suddenly, Dominic had an idea. "I'll stop interfering, but you and Nash must return to Salterra with me." Nash stepped forward, his voice firm. "I've deft Salterra for good. I'm not going back. Besides, Orion is undergoing treatment here. If you had a solution, he wouldn't still be in this condition." "You should think it over," he added before wrapping an arm around Nina and guiding her away.
Sthings could not be resolved by others, no matter how much they said. In the end, it was up to Dominic to figure it out for himself.
Dominic was not held captive within the Yaren Tribe, but Nash had arranged for him to stay in a secure location outside. Nina had discovered this and had taken it upon herself to cook for him, feading to their earlier confrontation.
"Have you eaten?" Nash asked.

th you. How are you holding up?" She was concerned about his health. When the poison took effect, the
pain Nash felt was excruciating, but he did not want Nina to worry. "I'm fine. He's just trying to scare me. He won't be able to keep this up for long. After we eat, you should go back and check on Orion. He hardly spoke before. He's been talking more since you've been around."
Nina was resolute and firmly responded, "If we're going! back, We're going together. Given the current situation, she could not leave Nash behind, no matter what.
