The next morning, she went downstairs to buy breakfast and spotted Madison rushing toward the inpatient wing. Nina smirked but didn't think much of it. "Nina!" She hadn't expected Madison to notice her, but there she was, stopping right in front of her, eyeing her up and down.
"Surprised to seedoing just fine?" Madison snapped.
Now that they were closer, Nina noticed a red mark on Madison's face. Someone had clearly hit her. Nina couldn't help but chuckle.

Madison screamed in rage, "I'm going to make you pay for this!" She lunged at Nina, but Nina swiftly dodged. Madison crashed into the nurse's station, sending items tumbling to the floor. Nurses quickly surrounded them. One of them held Madison back while another approached Nina.
"Mrs. York, are you okay?" the nurse asked, concerned.
Nina shook her head and then walked over to Madison, looking down at her with a cold gaze. "You shouldn't be coming after me. You should be thanking me." "Thank you? Are you out of your mind? If it weren't for you, I never would have found out about my husband's affair! I wouldn't have gone to confront them, and my husband wouldn't be filing for divorce. Because of you, I lost everything!" Nina scoffed. "You're unbelievable. I tried to help, and this is the thanks I get?" Nina knew the nurses would hold Madison back. After making her point, she casually whistled and walked out of the hospital. Behind her, Madison was left throwing a tantrum.
Later, Nina looked into what had happened. She found out that Madison and Mabel had gotten into a heated argument, during which Mabel was pushed, injuring her stomach. Mabel was now in the hospital on bed rest, trying to protect her pregnancy.
Madison had a daughter, but her husband had always wanted a son. Somehow, he had heard that Mabet was expecting a boy. His favoritism towards Mabel was clear, and after the argument, he was forced to make a choice between the two women.
It was a satisfying turn of events, and Nina's mood lifted for the rest of the day After Nash was discharged, she even went out to buy groceries and decided to cook a meal herself.
en Leaving the supermarket, she noticed she was being followed. Nina deliberately led the men trailing her into a secluded alley.
At the end of the alley, she turned around to face the two men, a smile playing on her lips. "Madison sent you, didn't she?" "Yeah, she did. She said if we could get scompromising photos of you, there'd be an extra five grand in it for us." "Con, beautiful, it's just a little loss of dignity. Why not make this easy for all of us?" one of the men said as they both lunged at her. Nina sidestepped, grabbing one of the men and slamming him into the wall, then swiftly kicked the other man to the ground.
"Dammit, no wonder she told us to be careful. You've got sskills!" one of the men grunted as he got back on his feet. Both of them pulled out knives and began advancing on her again with menacing smiles.
Unfazed, Nina picked up a nearby stick. "Did your precious Madison mention what would happen if I ended up killing you both? Any compensation plan for that?" "Feisty. I like it," one of them sneered before they charged at her again.

Nina deftly defended herself, and within moments, both ngen weren down on the ground, clutching their legs in pain, wailing.
Nina picked up their knives and kicked each of then one more tbefore leaving the alley.
As she walked out, she noticed a car parked nearby. Madison stepped out along with two burly men who blocked her path. "Get her!" Madison shouted, and the two men began approaching Nina.
But Nina didn't move. She simply smiled at them as they closed in.
Just as they were about to make their move, a police car pulled up.
Two officers stepped out, and each grabbed one of the men, hauling them away.
